It may not be officially spring, but it's 76 degrees Farenheit on the parlor's patio today--perfect iced tea weather. Today we served Twining's Cold Brewed Iced Tea Early Gray. Delicious! The bergamot and citrus that is an earl gray makes a very refreshing iced tea, with enough citrus sweetness that no sugar is needed. Those who enjoy the Earl hot may find they enjoy it as much, if not more, in a glass full of tinkling ice cubes. We can assure our visitors that this iced tea will definitely be appearing regularly in the parlor this summer.
I'm not a big fan of Earl Grey hot, but it makes a great iced tea. Go figure.
